Therapeutic yoga honors the ancient roots and teachings of yoga and meditation practice while guiding each participant into a deeper state of center.  Therapeutic yoga is an evolved practice in that it adapts to the individual needs of each student and requires an educated and experienced instructor adept at observing and adapting for you.

Beginner students are welcome, experienced students will strengthen and diversify the yoga practice.
Therapeutic yoga benefits each student regardless of age or physical condition.

Yoga is not a new activity, it has been in existence for many thousands of years.  As modern science has revealed more about health and the human condition in the 21st century we now have the knowledge to adapt and modify classical yoga postures in a therapeutic way so that yoga can be enjoyed and benefit all.

Therapeutic yoga allows each student to flourish without forceful pushing.
